Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Every print is made to order and sent from Perth, Western Australia.

Production time

Prints aren't made until you order. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing before your order is dispatched. Archival editions can take up to 10 business days, because each is printed, checked and numbered by hand.

Australia

• Standard: A$11.00, or free on orders of A$100 or more. Usually 2–8 business days after dispatch.
• Express: A$15.00. Usually 1–4 business days after dispatch.

International

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

• Standard international: A$20.00. Usually 6–20 business days after dispatch.

Import duties, taxes and customs charges in your country aren't included in the price and are your responsibility. Customs can also add time to delivery.

Packaging

Prints are rolled in acid-free tissue and shipped in a rigid tube. Prints are sent unframed.

Carrier and tracking

Orders ship with Australia Post. You'll get a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.

Digital items

Digital downloads and Soulglyph commissions aren't shipped. Downloads arrive by email, with a download link, after purchase. Soulglyph commissions are delivered by email within 7 days of your completed intake.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email yiepeng@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo, if it's damaged), and we'll replace or refund it.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll re-send it once you've paid the additional postage.
